Yes, anyone can send money to us on your behalf but they have to email proof of payment to payments@senditome.com and write down the owner of the account on the email.
- Do I need to be a member to shop using the senditome.com website?

Yes.You must be a registered member and you must have sufficient balance in your senditome account to be able to buy items worldwide through senditome.com.
- What does it cost to obtain a senditome.com membership?

The membership includes your own online senditome.com account and e-mail notification of all shipments and merchandise.

You can log on to your Senditome.com account with a web browser at any time. Your online account gives you the complete status of your merchandise and shipments. Also, you will receive e-mail notification whenever you receive a package or when we send a shipment to you.
- How do Senditome.com members pay the package shipping charges?

We deduct the shipping charges from the money that you already have on your Senditome.com account. If you do not have sufficient balance,you can send the money over to us via wire transfer, Western Union and Moneygram and cheques. Your yearly membership account is automatically charged too, please contact us before the renewal date.
- Do the Senditome.com shipping rates include customs fees, tariffs, or taxes?

The published Senditome.com shipping rates are for door-to-door delivery. There may be additional import fees or duty for merchandise shipments coming into your country. These fees vary by country and they are not covered by Senditome.com. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.
- Many eBay sellers dont accept credit cards. Can you send them a check or money order for me?
